Vancouver, BC – August 11, 2025 – Innovation Mining Inc. (“Innovation Mining” or the “Company”) is pleased to report that it will commence its first commercial-scale field trial of its proprietary, water-based, non-cyanide gold lixiviant, RZOLV™, on August 25, 2025. The 200-tonne on-site pilot program will operate for a planned 90-day period and is designed to generate operational data for full-scale process deployment.
The test material is sourced from a low-grade Au–Ag oxide deposit hosted within gneissic and granitic lithologies.Extensive laboratory-scale metallurgical test work has been completed, including multiple column and vat leach programs on representative run-of-mine material. Test durations ranged from 10 to 30 days. Results indicated:
• Gold recovery: up to 76%
• Silver recovery: variable, consistent with mi neralogical deportment
• Reagent consumption: low and stable throughout test periods
• Solution compatibility: pregnant solutions demonstrated effective gold loading via conventional activated carbon absorption process.
Comparative cyanidation tests at 1,000 ppm NaCN concentration yielded similar gold recoveries, confirming RZOLV’s ™ capacity to match cyanide performance under controlled conditions. The reagent’s pH, oxidative potential (ORP), and leach kinetics were observed to be stable across varying particle size distributions and pulp densities, supporting predictable scale-up behavior.
The 200-tonne field trial will determine the following:
• Validate metallurgical performance at scale: recovery vs. time, real kinetics, reagent consumption/losses, and any preg-robbing or side reactions.
• Prove hydrodynamics/permeability: sustainable irrigation flux, breakthrough/drainage efficiency, compaction, channeling, and fines migration.
• Lock in control & operability: practical pH/ORP setpoints, dosing strategy, day/night circulation, and reliability of pumps, sensors, probes, and liners.
• Generate scale-up/design data: flow rates, solution inventories, oxidant demand, tank/pump sizing, residence-time curves, and a calibrated cost model.
• Confirm environmental performance: residue/leachate characteristics, neutralization needs, water balance/containment, and compliance.
Data collected will be used to finalize process design criteria, confirm reagent stability under operational conditions, and assess economic parameters for commercial adoption.
