Tank Leaching

RZOLV™ transforms agitated tank leaching by introducing a non-toxic, water-based reagent that achieves comparable or superior recoveries under mild acidic and low-ORP conditions. Its chemistry promotes rapid metal complexation without the need for elevated temperature or strong oxidants, reducing both energy input and chemical consumption.

Heap Leaching

RZOLV™ enhances heap leach operations by using a non-toxic, water-based reagent that maintains leach activity at lower pH and ORP levels. Gravity Concentrate Leaching

RZOLV™ provides a clean, on-site alternative to smelting by directly leaching gold from the concentrates under mild acidic and low-ORP conditions. The reagent dissolves both free and fine gold without releasing toxic gases or requiring high heat, allowing rapid solution recovery through carbon, resin, or electro-reduction. This simplifies operations, reduces cost, and turns concentrate treatment into a low-emission, closed-loop process.

Tailings & Waste Treatment

Tailings offer an attractive resource but pose challenges such as porosity, variable chemistry, metallurgy, fine particle size, and environmental liabilities.

Heap and Vat Leaching

Large-scale column and vat simulations have demonstrated excellent kinetics, recovery rates, and overall reagent efficiency, offering a more sustainable alternative to traditional lixiviants.

Tailings and Waste Recovery
