Mr. Archer has more than 40 years’ experience in the mining industry, working throughout the Americas. After spending more than 15 years with major mining companies, Mr. Archer held several senior management positions in the junior mining sector and co-founded Great Panther Mining Limited, a mid-tier precious metals producer.
Darryl Yea
Darryl has over 35 years of diverse experience in operations, investment banking, corporate finance, and venture capital with public and private companies in several industries. Including President & Chief Executive Officer of C.M. Oliver Inc. (TSX: OLV), a national financial services organization.
Duane Nelson
Duane is a seasoned mining executive and entrepreneur with a strong track record of building and scaling resource companies. He was the CEO and co-founder of SilverMex Resources Inc., a former TSX-listed gold and silver producer acquired for $235M, and a past Director of EnviroMetal Technologies Inc.
Mike Cowin
Mr. Cowin has 20 years of investment banking and investment experience. He is a director of Northcape Capital, a boutique investment fund based in Australia which manages over A$8.0 billion. He was the Head of Research and Deputy Portfolio Manager for the UBS Australian Share Fund.

Duane Nelson, is a seasoned mining and technology executive and entrepreneur with a strong track record of building and scaling companies. He was the CEO and co-founder of SilverMex Resources Inc., a former TSX-listed gold and silver producer acquired for $235M, and a past Director of EnviroMetal Technologies Inc. He is also the founder of QuoteMedia, one of the largest global market data providers.

Grant Bond
Mr. Bond has over 12 years of financial management experience in the mining industry. Prior to joining P2 Gold, he was the Corporate Controller of Pretium Resources Inc. He began his tenure at Pretium in 2016 as Manager, Financial Reporting before moving into the Corporate Controller role in 2017. Mr. Bond is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Diploma in Accounting and Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Kafaei is a mining engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in mineral processing, operations, production, quality control, and metallurgical analysis. He holds a master’s degree in mining engineering and brings deep technical expertise across metallurgical laboratory and process optimization.

Hanif Jafari
Mr. Jafari is a mining and mineral processing engineer highly specialized and experienced in hydrometallurgical research, value chain analysis, and strategic growth planning across domestic and international markets. He holds a Master of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Processing from the University of British Columbia and brings a strong foundation in construction and technical development.

With a legacy of building successful junior mining companies, he founded the Afton Mine and served as Chairman of Glamis Gold (1985–1998) and Eldorado Gold, helping shape some of the most respected names in the industry.

Bill is an entrepreneur and visionary with over 40 years’ experience in the minerals industry and has been responsible for significant corporate development of numerous successful companies. He is the President and CEO of enCore Energy, USA’s largest Uranium producer.

Mr. Krupp, over the past 43 years has been the Chairman and sole shareholder of Kero Investments, Inc. Kero Investments has acquired approximately 70 low to middle technology companies in a diversity of industries with consolidated sales of approximately $650 million/annually.

Mr. Peck is a consultant with Holnik Capital Inc. Keith has over 35 years of investment banking experience, including as Vice-president and Director of RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Haywood Securities Inc., and Vice-Chairman of Yorkton Securities Inc.

Mr. Bried is a mining engineer with over 28 years’ experience in the engineering, development, operation, reclamation, and management of numerous producing gold and silver mines. Including Dickenson Mines Ltd., (now Goldcorp), KamKotia Arthur White Mine in Red Lake.
Janet Sheriff
Ms. Sheriff brings 25 years of experience in the mineral extraction industry, community engagement and communications. She presently serves as the President of Powerhaus Gruppe and the President and Director of Group 11 Technologies, The Clean Energy Association of New Mexico and the enCore Energy Education Society.
