The ultimate commercial structure could include licensing, reagent supply, royalties, technical service agreements, joint development programs, toll-processing partnerships, project-level participation or strategic alliances with major industry participants.

The second step is solution generation. The Company must demonstrate that target metals can be mobilized into solution under controlled conditions with acceptable reagent consumption and manageable impurity profiles.
The third step is downstream recovery. This is where RZOLV can work with partners using adsorption, resins, ion exchange, precipitation, electrowinning, chromatography or refining technologies to recover metals into saleable or refinery-ready products.
The fourth step is economic validation. Recovery percentages alone are not enough. Commercial value will depend on head grade, mineralogy, reagent cost, recovery efficiency, product quality, impurity rejection, payability, capital intensity and scale.
The fifth step is partner commercialization. RZOLV should seek strategic partners that already have feedstocks, infrastructure, markets or downstream processing capability.
This approach would allow the Company to build a credible technical package while avoiding premature claims.

The critical minerals sector is entering a period of major change. The world needs more supply, but it also needs better processing.
