Collectively, these accomplishments demonstrate that RZOLV has advanced well beyond an early-stage laboray concept. Together with private and government-supported research, strategic downstream partnerships and a defined pathway toward sustained pilot and commercial operations, this evidence provides a strong foundation for scale-up, licensing and comtormercial deployment and distinguishes it from a conceptual or pre-validation company and supports its position as an increasingly validated and potentially valuable hydrometallurgical technology platform.
THREE DEVELOPMENT LANES - ONE PLATFORM
RZOLV is not dependent on a single, all-or-nothing commercialization event. The Company is advancing an application-specific platform in which individual opportunities can progress according to their technical readiness, partner participation, capital requirements and shortest credible path to market. We are advancing three complementary/horizontal development pathways:
01. Direct RZOLV Gold Recovery - Conventional oxide heap leaching, concentrates, sulfide and transitional materials, agitated tank and heap/vat leach applications - RZOLV’s initial TAM includes the approximately US$3 billion annual cyanide gold-recovery market, with additional potential where cyanide is constrained by permitting, mineralogy, reagent consumption, environmental requirements or process complexity. Compatibility with existing infrastructure provides an important integration advantage.
02. SEGR: Sequential Low-Ph Copper-Gold And Refractory Platform - Conventional cyanide leaching requires alkaline conditions, so acidic oxidized material must typically be washed and neutralized before gold recovery. RZOLV is designed for low-pH operation. The SEGR architecture connects low pH conditioning or oxidation with staged copper recovery, followed by non-cyanide leaching, downstream recovery and solution regeneration. For refractory feeds, oxidation first exposes the gold; for copper-gold feeds, copper may be recovered as a separate value stream.
03. RZOLV + Alkemio: Critical Minerals And Rare Earth Elements - RZOLV mobilizes rare earth elements; Alkemio selectively separates and upgrades them - Preliminary screening identified responses across light, heavy and magnet rare earths, establishing a basis for integration. Next steps include direct solution analysis, impurity management, selective molecular adsorption separation, product concentration and generation, solution recycling and preliminary economics. This program can advance independently of RZOLV’s gold initiatives.
LICENSING: THE THREAD THAT CONNECTS ALL THREE PATHS.
Our strategy is not dependent on one single, all-or-nothing commercialization event. Each pathway can advance according to its own technical readiness, partner participation and commercial opportunity. RZOLV is building momentum, expanding its strategic relevance and developing an increasingly visible path from proprietary chemistry to commercial deployment.
The Company’s Primary Focus remains the licensing of RZOLV to established cyanide manufacturers and global mining-reagent companies with existing manufacturing and distribution networks and capacity, mine-site relationships, distribution networks and technical-service infrastructure. Rather than requiring RZOLV to independently build a worldwide reagent-production and sales organization, a licensing model could place the technology into the hands of industry participants already capable of supporting customers at commercial scale.
PEER-GROUP CONTEXT: VALUE CAN BE BUILT BEFORE REVENUE
Pre-revenue does not mean pre-value. Our comprehensive peer-group review of public mineral-processing, separation, recycling, critical-mineral and mine-development companies reinforces an important capital-markets principle: meaningful enterprise value can be created well before commercial revenues. When a company owns differentiated intellectual property, addresses a strategically important industrial problem, and demonstrates a credible pathway from technical proof to commercial deployment then VALUE has been created.

The market does not value development-stage technology companies solely on their current income statement. It also evaluates the scale and urgency of the opportunity, the defensibility of the technology, the quality and repeatability of technical evidence, the involvement of credible government and industry counterparties.
For RZOLV, those potential value-recognition milestones include continued independent validation on representative feedstocks; conversion of strategic relationships into funded and partner-supported work programs; integrated recovery of saleable metal products; larger pilot or bulk-scale demonstrations; preliminary economics; commercial agreements; initial paid testwork, reagent or licensing revenue; and continued advancement of the Company’s Direct Gold, SEGR and RZOLV–Alkemio development pathways. These are measurable events—not abstract promotional claims.
VALIDATION THROUGH INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION - AND EXECUTION
For an emerging disruptive-technology company, credible industry relationships are important because they place the technology in environments where performance claims must withstand independent scrutiny, practical operating experience and commercial discipline.
Publicly disclosed relationships and funding from government programs include SGS Canada, NRC IRAP, MICA and CEMI, EMEW Clean Technologies and Alkemio Bioscience. These organizations bring validation, technical scrutiny, process capability, industry access, accountability and non-dilutive funding. Additional discussions across global chemical companies, mining companies, engineering companies, equipment providers and strategic capital groups continue, and will be announced subject to confidentiality.
The tangible results of these relationships should produce reduced technical risk, faster validation, stronger market access and a clearer path from promising chemistry to commercial deployment.
ENHANCED INVESTOR-RELATIONS AND MARKET-AWARENESS
RZOLV recognizes that its technical progress and commercialization strategy have not yet reached a sufficiently broad investment audience. The Company is addressing this through expanded investor education, market outreach and communications designed to build a broader, informed and continuously renewed investor base—one that understands the industrial problem RZOLV is solving, the development horizon and the milestones that can reduce risk and create value. These enhanced programs will target retail and institutional investors across Canada, the United States and selected international markets.

THE NEXT PHASE – COMMERCIALIZATION IS THE TARGET...

WHAT SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD EXPECT
shareholders should expect a disciplined, milestone-based program focused on converting RZOLV’s technical progress into commercial evidence and defined opportunities. During the next phase, the Company intends to advance global licensing and royalty discussions; continue independent, partner-led and third-party validation of the RZOLV and SEGR platforms; convert strategic relationships into formal work programs, customer testing and pilot campaigns; progress direct-solution recovery and product-generation work through the RZOLV–Alkemio collaboration; establish alliances with complementary mining-technology companies; and expand engagement with retail, institutional and strategic investors.
These initiatives will not necessarily advance at the same pace, but shareholders should expect RZOLV to emphasize measurable execution, transparent reporting and milestones that progressively reduce technical and commercial risk while strengthening the pathway to revenue, licensing and commercial deployment.
OUR COMMITMENT
We believe RZOLV is technically and strategically better positioned today than at any prior point in its development. Confidence must be earned through measurable progress, not slogans. “Our objective has never been simply to prove the chemistry works. Our objective has been to develop a commercially deployable process capable of solving critical metallurgical challenges for the mining industry that unlocks tangible value. We believe we have now reached a stage where our efforts are increasingly focused on commercial applications rather than technical feasibility. “
Thanks for your continued support,
